Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of www.thekitchenresprayer.co.uk, the free quotes we give, and any kitchen respray you book with us. "We" and "us" means The Kitchen Resprayer.

We respray kitchens: doors, drawer fronts, end panels, plinths and other parts set out in your quote. Some of the work may be carried out by trained subcontractors on our behalf. Whoever does the work, your contract is with us and we are responsible for it.

Quotes are free and based on the photos and details you send. A quote sets out what is included, the price, how long it is valid for, and any deposit or payment terms.

If what we find when we see your kitchen differs from the photos, for example hidden damage, swollen board or more parts than shown, we will tell you and confirm any change to the price in writing before we carry on. You are not committed to anything until you accept a quote.

Once you accept a quote we agree a date with you. Any deposit, and when the balance is due, is set out in your quote before you accept it.

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you can cancel within 14 days of accepting your quote without giving a reason, and we will refund anything you have paid.

If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point.

We will tell you in advance what to clear and what access we need. Please let us know about anything that affects the job, such as damage you know of, before we start.

We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Any guarantee we give on top of that, and what it covers, is set out in your quote.

A respray changes the finish, not the structure. Existing faults such as swollen or water-damaged board, failing hinges or runners, or damage to worktops are not covered unless your quote says we will put them right.

Tell us as soon as you can by emailing hello@thekitchenresprayer.co.uk. We will look at it and, if the work is not as it should be, put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Information on this site is general, not advice about your particular kitchen. The site's design, words and images belong to The Kitchen Resprayer or are used under licence and may not be copied without permission.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a job is the one in place when you accept your quote.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
